I've got a GestureML tutorial running on a Windows 7 slate, and the touch events are recognized just fine. When I run the same app on a table with TUIO interface (sending TUIO data to 127.0.0.1 port 3333), GestureWorks doesn't pick up the touch input. How do I enable TUIO input in my app?
TUIO input is currently not supported. This feature should be available within a couple of weeks.
I try to make this work, a new application based on the Collection Viewer template. I am working on a mac, where my application works fine in testing. then I publish my app as an exe file for my multitouch table. The table is a PC- windows XP but there I cant get the touch interface to work. I wonder if it is the tuio or what is wrong? I tried running the flosc gateway java too, but that doesnt help. I use Community Core for the videohandling. Any suggestions?
Mikkel, TUIO is not working in the current version. We have currently implemented TUIO for AIR and plan to release it this week. Is it possible for you to convert your project to AIR? Do yo need a FLOSC/TUIO solution for Flash Player?
Oh, in community core there is a ´send tuio for flash´ and I thought this would do it. What FLOSC/TUIO solution for Flash Player could I use?
I am not sure if I can convert my project to AIR. I dont have any experience with that. Is there any easy way to do it?
Thanks for the reply!
Mikkel, so you are using Open Exhibits 1?
