I was recently using Flash Builder and was able to publish my AIR app without any problems. For various reasons, I've switched to Flash Pro, but now when I go to publish my app, the process hangs and doesn't ever seem to complete. It may have to do with the fact that my app has many hi-res images? But then Flash Builder was able to publish this thing fine.
I guess I'm looking for help on how to properly "link" the static assets (cml, gml and images) to the final "air" file? I assumed it was under "Publish Settings" > "Air 2.5" > "General" > "Included files" - were I add my entire "library" directory full of cml, gml and PNGs. Any tips? What am I doing wrong here?
That's the only way I know to include files in the AIR installer. I just tested a simple example and it works just fine. If it is getting caught up in the packaging process, then it probably is a content memory issue and you may need to research Flash Pro specific solutions.
